Several thousand guests enter through the main gate during a picnic, and the waiting line varies. The line moves fast and the wait seldom exceeds 20 minutes.
Portable toliet facilities are located outside the gate.
Benches are available for those who need assistance.

Front Gate
German Park is committed to a tradition of hospitality. We want everyone to have a good time and to ensure their safety.
Our gatehouse team is responsible for enforcing these requirements and may refuse entry to any individual if necessary.
Admission gate closes at 9 pm
$5 per person (12 and under are free)
No re-entry
Active military service free admission with ID
NO ONE UNDER 21 ADMITTED without parent/guardian
Valid Photo ID required
No credit/debit cards or checks accepted
Picnic baskets, coolers, food or beverages may not be brought in
No pets are allowed at the park unless it is a Service Animal with proper documentation.
Smoking prohibited except in designated smoking area
Ticket House
The ticket house is open for sales and refunds from 4:00 until 10:30 PM.
Tickets are $1.00 each and must be used for all food and drink purchases at German Park.
We will refund tickets at day of purchase only. Tickets purchased for previous picnics are void.
